Founded in 2014, Padometric Studio is based in Toronto focused on strategic design solutions that work powerfully to create meaningful brands, products and experiences.
I collaborate with clients and cross-functional partners to produce high-quality, purpose-driven designs that bring value and fresh perspectives.
“Pado” in Korean means a wave of water and “metric” defines movement. Just like how waves transmit energy and push forward, Padometric moves forward with impact through smart design thinking and scalable agility.

Navigating Resistance to Change
“When introducing innovative design solutions, it will challenge users’ existing mental models of their current product, service, or process. To help ease the transition, balance innovation with familiarity through an iterative approach that involves users’ active participation and feedback early on. Through developing an understanding of their primary use cases and pain points, demonstrate an efficient workflow in phases with clear explanations, visual walkthroughs, responsive support and effective short tutorials. Making the users feel they are an active part of the change, this will instil confidence, comfort level, managed expectations, and positive adaptation to the new mental model.”
